Planning applications are increasingly requiring the submission of reports detailing how your construction site will be managed. These reports are often required after you have been granted planning permission but before you can start works on site.

They bring together the various issues that can arise when doing extensive works such as construction traffic, noise, dust and general site working conditions.

ADL Planning have helped many clients, including contractors prepare these documents. We can ensure that the requirements of your building site are translated into a workable document that will be considered acceptable by your local council.
